Looks like I was wrong. Apparently, Barack Obama has offered his chief of staff position to the hard-knuckled Illinois congressman. Last week, I speculated that while Rahm would probably take the position if offered, the cautious Obama might not want the hard-charging Emanuel as his top aide. Wrong again.
