So far, with very early returns, Obama is running way ahead of John Kerry's numbers from 2004 in Indiana. Will it be enough to carry a state Dems lost by 21% four years ago? We'll see.
Clinton County (46th biggest in the state): McCain leads 52-47 with 36% in. Kerry got 28% here.
Steuben County (48th biggest in the state): McCain leads 57-42 with 81% in. Kerry got 34% here.
Vigo County (15th biggest in the state): Obama leads 57-41 with 69% in. Kerry got 46% here.
Wells County (55th biggest): McCain leads 63-36 with 46% in. Kerry got 25%.
