Bibb County in Georgia is the Peach State's ninth biggest county. Sitting in the central part of the state and including Macon, it is 50 percent black and John Kerry won a bare victory in the county in 2004 with 51 percent of the vote. This year, things may be different.
In Bibb County, about 30 percent of voters cast ballots early, [Macon-Bibb County elections supervisor Elaine] Carr said.
